Our Research Center in Al Ihsan hospital is dedicated to conducting scientific research in areas such as infectious diseases, chronic conditions, maternal and child health, and healthcare infrastructure. Through clinical research, and evidence-based studies, the Research Center is committed to improve patient care, enhancing healthcare outcomes, and contributing to global health knowledge. Our ultimate goal is to drive meaningful change in Somalia’s healthcare landscape, providing sustainable, impactful solutions for better health and wellbeing.
Researchers, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals collaborate to investigate pressing health challenges and find evidence-based solutions that can be applied to improve patient outcomes. Research may also involve analyzing healthcare data, assessing the effectiveness of current medical practices, and exploring the impact of environmental, social, and genetic factors on health.
We are building partnerships with universities, global research networks, and other stockholders to make healthcare solutions more accessible and effective across Africa. Our goal is to turn the knowledge and discoveries from our research into practical healthcare models and setting up new healthcare strategies.
